1. Reporting content

If you believe that material made available through our service or website infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to support@bestiptvservice.co.uk with the subject line “Copyright notice” and include:

  1. your name, address, telephone number and email address;
  2. a description of the copyrighted work you say is infringed;
  3. the specific channel, title or URL concerned, with enough detail for us to locate it;
  4. a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law;
  5. a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner, or are authorised to act on behalf of the owner; and
  6. your physical or electronic signature.

2. What we do

When we receive a complete notice we will review it and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the material, normally within 2 working days, and let you know what action we have taken.

3. Counter-notices

If you believe material was removed by mistake, you may send a counter-notice to the same address with your contact details, identification of the material, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe it was removed in error, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court.

4. Repeat infringers

We will suspend or terminate accounts of customers who repeatedly infringe the rights of others.
