If something isn’t working
These four fixes sort out most first-day problems. If they don’t, send us a photo of your screen.
Login says “invalid” or “authorisation failed”
Retype the username, password and server URL exactly as sent, including the port number. Usernames are case-sensitive.
Channels load but buffer
Restart the router and device, use a cable or the 5 GHz Wi-Fi band, and try an HD rather than 4K feed. Still stuttering? Message us and we will move you to a quieter server.
The guide is empty or the times are wrong
Refresh the EPG in the player settings and set the time zone to Europe/London with no time-shift.
A single channel will not play
Channels are occasionally refreshed. Reload the playlist from the player’s settings; if it is still missing, tell us which one and we will check it.
