How to set up IPTV on Apple TV
Apple TV 4K and HD install players straight from the tvOS App Store. iPlayTV has a particularly good guide for the Siri remote.

Install a player
- Open the App Store on Apple TV and search for IPTV Smarters Pro or iPlayTV.
- Install it and open it once so tvOS finishes setting it up.

Sign in with your login
- Open IPTV Smarters Pro and choose Login with Xtream Codes API (or Add playlist → Xtream Codes in TiviMate).
- Enter any name you like, then the username, password and server URL from your activation message, exactly as sent.
- Select Add user / Next. Channels, films and the guide load in under a minute.
Copy details carefully. Server URLs usually include a port such as
:8080. A wrong character is the number-one cause of login errors. -
Set the guide to UK time
- In the player’s settings set the EPG time-shift to 0 and your time zone to London so programme times line up.
