These terms govern your use of the website bestiptvservice.co.uk and any subscription you buy from Best IPTV Service (“we”, “us”). By placing an order you agree to them. Please read them carefully.
1. The service
Best IPTV Service provides access to an internet protocol television (IPTV) streaming service delivered through third-party player applications. We supply login credentials; we do not supply hardware or the player applications themselves, and we are not responsible for how third-party apps behave.
2. Eligibility and accounts
- You must be 18 or over to buy a subscription.
- Your login is personal to your household. The number of screens you buy is the maximum number of simultaneous streams; exceeding it may cause interruptions or suspension.
- Keep your credentials private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
3. Orders and payment
- Orders are placed through WhatsApp. A contract is formed when we confirm your payment and send your login.
- Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) on our pricing page and are payable in full in advance for the chosen term.
- Subscriptions do not renew automatically. We will remind you before expiry; you only pay again if you choose to renew.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to resell, redistribute, rebroadcast or publicly exhibit the service (unless you are an approved reseller acting under a separate reseller agreement), not to attempt to reverse-engineer or overload our systems, and to comply with all laws that apply to you, including any licensing obligations for watching live television in the UK.
5. Content
Channel line-ups, on-demand titles and programme guide data change from time to time and are provided “as available”. We respond to valid copyright notices as described in our DMCA & Copyright policy and may remove content without notice.
6. Availability
We aim for Best IPTV Service to be available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Performance depends on your broadband connection, device and network. Planned maintenance is kept short and scheduled outside peak hours where possible.
7. Refunds
Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy, which includes a 7-day money-back guarantee for new customers.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end your subscription if you breach these terms. You may stop using the service at any time; unused time is not refundable except as set out in the Refund Policy or required by law.
9. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for your current subscription term. We are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable or for business losses.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. Changes apply to new orders and renewals from the date they are published on this page.
11. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
